Bacon Chicken

(Serve with Garlic Roasted Asparagus)


4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies
1/4 Cup BBQ SauaceSliced Green Onions
1/4 Cup Bacon BitsGround Black Pepper and Salt to taste
1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded 

Preheat oven to 400. Flatten chicken with a mallet so it will cook evenly. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill until no longer pink. Place grilled chicken on foil lined cookie sheet. Top each piece with BBQ sauce, bacon bits, diced tomatoes, cheese, and green onions. Bake until cheese melts. Serve hot!
