Beef with Cucumber Raita

(Serve with Wild Rice and Garlic Toast)

1 8oz Carton Plain YogurtSalt and Pepper to taste
1/4 C. Coarsely Shredded Cucumber1 lb boneless Beef Sirloin Steak
1 Tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped1/2 tsp Lemmon-pepper Seasoning
1 Tbsp Snipped Fresh MintFresh mint Leaves
1/4 tsp Sugar 

Preheat broiler. For raita, in a small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, snipped mint, and sugar.  Season yogurt mixture to taste with salt and pepper; set aside. Sprikle meat with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place meat on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.  Broil 3-4 inches from the heat, turning meat over half way through.  Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve with Raita.
