1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef | 1 tsp Sugar |
1 Small Onion, chopped | 1 tsp Garlic Salt |
1 16oz Can Tomato Sauce | 6 Cups Wide Egg Noodles, cooked & Drained |
1 Cup Sour Cream | 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
1/3 Cup Cream Cheese, sotened |
Cook beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat and remove from heat. Add tomato sauce, sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and garlic salt. Place half of the noodles in a greased 9x13inch baking dish; top with 1/2 of the beef mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated. Sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake until cheese is bubbly.
