Beef Patties in Onion Sauce
(Serve with Parsley Baby Carrots)
|1 lb Ground Beef||1 10oz Can Cream of Onion Soup|
|1/3 Cup Salsa||1/2 Cup Milk|
|1/3 Cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs||2 Cups Wide Egg Noodles|
|Salt and Pepper to Taste|
Combine ground beef, salsa, and cracker crumbs. Form into patties and grill until no longer pink. Meanwhile combine onion soup with 1/2 Cup milk and heat through. Cook noodles according to package directions. Layer each serving plate with noodles, beef patty and top with soup.
