Beef Taco Skillet


(Serve with Cornbread Muffins)


1 lb ground beef (Try elk, buffalo, or turkey)
1 can tomato soup

1/2 cup salsa

1 Cup Frozen Corn

1 Can Black Beans, Drained

1/2 cup water
6 flour or 10 corn tortillas (cut into strips, with small kids, make them bite size)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 Brown hamburger and drain.  Stir in soup, salsa, corn, beans, water and tortillas. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 min. Stir. Top with cheese.

(Uses basic food storage items, may be frozen)
