Beef Tarts and Gravy
(Serve with Bake Broccoli)
|1 lb Ground or Shredded Beef||1 Pkg Refrigerated Biscuits|
|1/2 Cup Onion, chopped||(Or homemade Baking powder biscuits)|
|1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup|
Brown ground beef and onion in a medium skillet; add soup. Roll out biscuit dough into a large rectangle. Spread meat mixture over dough and roll up (like a cinnamon roll). Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices, place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve with brown gravy or add 1/2 cup milk to another can of Cream of Mushroom soup and spoon over rolls.
