Black Bean Breakfast Burrito
|1/4 Cup Milk||Shredded Cheese|
|1/2 Cup Black Beans||Salt and Pepper|
Beat eggs and milk together. Heat 2 TBSP olive oil in the bottom of a medium skillet. Pour eggs into hot skillet and cook through. Sprinkle with black beans, salt, pepper, and cheese. Continue heating until cheese melts. Serve on tortillas with salsa and sour cream.
