Bran Muffins
5 c. Flour | 5 tsp. Baking Soda |
1 tsp. Salt | 2 c. Sugar |
4 c. AllBran | 1 c. Shortening |
2 c. 40%Branflakes | 4 eggs |
2 c. Dates/Raisins | 1 quart Buttermilk |
1 c. Nuts | 2 c. Boiling Water |
Mix water and nuts, allow to cool. Mix dry and wet ingredients seperately then mix together. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. (Keep in fridge for up to 4 weeks)
