2 boneless Chicken Breasts | 3oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese |
1 tsp. Olive Oil | 1/2 c. Franks Wing Sauce |
1 Pizza Dough | 1/3 c. Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing |
8oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
Cut chicken into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat tsp. of olive oil in skillet and add chicken when hot. Cook chicken completely and then add 1/4 cup of wing sauce. Stir to coat chicken and let simmer for a minute or two. Take chicken off heat, and cool.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
On a well floured surface, spread out pizza dough into a large rectangle shape. Add ranch dressing/blue cheese (whichever you prefer) and remaining cup of wing sauce. Spread across dough. Add chicken and top with cheeses. You can also add a bit more wing sauce if you want it spicier.
Roll dough like a pin wheel until you reach the end. Make sure to tuck the ends of the dough so the middle doesn’t ooze out. Spray baking sheet with light coat of non-stick cooking spray. Place garbage bread on pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
