1 lb Broccoli Crowns, Cut | Garlic Salt (Seasoning of Choice) |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine butternut squash and broccoli into a large bowl and add olive oil and seasoning of choice. Toss until everything is coated. Pour vegetables into a large glass dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until squash is fully cooked.
