Chicken and Mushroom Pocket

1 pkg Crescent Rolls1/2 tsp Lemon pepper
4 oz Cream Cheese1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 Cup Chicken, shredded1 Tbsp Onion, finely chopped             

Lay out crescent dough, press triangles together to make 4 rectangles. Combine cream cheese, chicken, lemon pepper, mushrooms, and onion until well blended. Place meat mixture on 1/2 of the roll and fold over, pressing the edges to seal.  Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with chicken gravy or heated cream of chicken soup.
