Chicken and Mushroom Pocket
|1 pkg Crescent Rolls||1/2 tsp Lemon pepper|
|4 oz Cream Cheese||1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped|
|1 Cup Chicken, shredded||1 Tbsp Onion, finely chopped|
Lay out crescent dough, press triangles together to make 4 rectangles. Combine cream cheese, chicken, lemon pepper, mushrooms, and onion until well blended. Place meat mixture on 1/2 of the roll and fold over, pressing the edges to seal. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with chicken gravy or heated cream of chicken soup.
