3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (or steaks) | 1 Green Pepper |
1 Yellow Bell Pepper | 1 Red Onion |
1 Red Bell Pepper | Steak Seasoning (or Garlic Salt) |
1 Orange Bell Pepper |
– Season front and back of chicken and steak with seasoning of your choice. Broil until cooked through, about 7 minutes per side. Set aside and allow to cool.
– Meanwhile slice peppers and onions. Layer sliced vegetables on a cooked sheet and flash freeze for 20 minutes.
– Slice chicken and steak. Place approximately 1/2 cup meat and 1/2 cup veggies PER FAMILY MEMBER into a freezer bag.
– To serve; place contents of 1 bag in a hot skillet and cook until peppers and tender and meat is hot. Garnish with sour cream and salsa.
