Chicken Salad Panini
|1/4 Cup mayonnaise||3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded|
|1 1/2 tsp Honey||1/2 Cup Apple, Chopped|
|3/4 tsp snipped fresh dill, or 1 tsp dried dill||1/4 Cup Pecans, Chopped|
|1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard||Bread|
|Dash of Salt and Pepper|
|1 Cup Chicken, Cooked and Shredded|
In a small bowl combine first 6 ingredients. In another bowl combine chicken, cheese, apple, and pecans. Add to dressing, toss to coat. Spread evenly on bread slices, top with a second piece of bread. Cook on a griddle or in a panini maker until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
