2 tsp Minced Garlic | 1 bunch Green Onions |
1 Jalapeno, seeds removed | 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro |
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt | 1 (14oz) Can Coconut Milk |
1 TBSP Peanut Oil | 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice |
Place first 6 ingredients in a food processer or mini food chopper and pulse until combined (will resemble pesto). Add coconut milk and lemon juice and mix well. Serve over Hawaiian burgers, Salmon tacos, or grilled chicken.
