Cookie Salad
 

 
1 cup buttermilk
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant or cook and serve)
1 (12 oz) Container Cool Whip
1 (14 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
 
1 (8 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
½ pkg. fudge strip cookies, broken into pieces
 
 
Prepare pudding as directed on the package (using buttermilk). Add cool whip, pineapple and mandarin oranges, to pudding mixture. Fold in Cookies just before serving.
