Cooked Spanish Rice | Red Onion Chopped |
Black Beans | Tomato, chopped |
Corn | Avocado, chopped |
Grilled Steak or Chicken | Cilantro, Chopped |
Romaine Lettuce | Lime Juice, Salsa, Sour Cream (optional) |
Prepare rice (I like to use Knorr Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice because it only takes 7 minutes to cook, but any rice will do). Heat up black beans, corn, and meat. Layer all ingredients in a bowl, however you prefer, top with lime juice, salsa, and sour cream (or ranch dressing). So yummy, so easy to use left over steak!
