Creamed Eggs


1/4 Cup Butter 2 Cups Milk
4 Tbsp Flour 6 Hard boiled Eggs, Sliced

Melt butter in a skillet. Add flour and milk. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until sauce thickens. Gently fold in eggs. Serve over buttered toast.
