Crescent Chicken

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Soup Can of Milk
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Pkg LARGE Crescent Rolls
1 (10oz) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Optional Vegetable* Sweet Peppers/Broccoli etc.

Cook chicken and shred (consider buying a rotisserie chicken from the deli). Mix 1/2 cup mozzarella with chicken and set aside. (Add vegetable here if using)

Unroll and seperate crescent rolls, place side by side on a large baking dish. Divide chicken mixture evenly among each piece of dough and roll, sealing edges as well as possible.

In a small sauce pan heat soup, milk and remaing cheese until warm. Pour sauce over chicken rolls. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
