Crock Pot Chicken Chili

(serve with Rice and Cornbread)


2 Chicken Breasts, still frozen3 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Can Diced Tomatoes1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Can Corn Kernels, undrained1 tsp Chili Powder & Onion Powder
1 Can Black Beans, drained1 Pkg Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Diced Onions 

Place chicken in a crock pot. Top with tomatoes, corn, beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powders, stir to combine then top with the cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring one or twice to blend in the cheese. Shred the chicken and serve over rice.
