Dutch Oven Potatoes

 

Sliced PotatoesBacon Grease (Crumbled bacon, optional)
Sliced OnionsCheese
Minced Garlic 

Layer a dutch oven with bacon grease, onions, potatoes, and garlic (and bacon if using). Repeat layers 2-3 times depending on how many people you are feeding. Bake at 350 for 1-2 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Add cheese during the last 15 minutes (optional).
