Garlic Mashed Potatoes
|8-10 Russet Potatoes||2 Tbsp Minced Garlic|
|Salt||1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated|
|Whole Milk or half-and-half|
Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in salted water until potatoes are soft. Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan heat milk and garlic until simmering. Drain potatoes, mash with milk mixture and parmesan.
