1 lb Green Beans | Ground Black Pepper to taste |
2 Red Potatoes | Garlic Salt to taste |
2 Tbsp Olive Oil |
Wash the green beans and trim off ends. Cut into bite size pieces. Set the green beans aside and wash the potatoes, leaving the skin on. Dice and set aside. In a medium skillet add the olive oil and heat to medium. Add potatoes and seasoning and sautee for 12-15 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally. Once potatoes are soft and starting to brown add green beans. Add more seasoning if you like. Keep lid on the pan until green beans are cooked.
