Kale and Egg
|2 Eggs||Ground Pepper to Taste|
|1 Handful of Kale||Non-Stick Spray|
|1 tsp Minced Garlic|
In a medium pan, turn heat to medium and coat with non-stick spray. Crack two eggs into the pan and add in one handful of kale. Top your kale with minced garlic, and season everything with ground pepper to taste. Cover your pan with a lid and let the steam cook your eggs and kale. Remove the lid and turn off heat after apx. 3-4 minutes. You can check more frequently to be sure your eggs don't over cook.
