Mac & Cheese Lasagna


(Serve with French Bread & Green Salad)

1 pkg (7-1/4 oz.) Kraft Mac and Cheese Dinner
2-3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef

1/2 onion diced
1 can mushrooms (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

 Heat oven to 350
Prepare Mac and Cheese Dinner. Meanwhile brown meat and onion; drain, add mushrooms.
Spoon half the Mac & Cheese into greased 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of half each sauce, meat, and shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake 20 min or until heated through.
*Substitute
1-2 cups chopped leftover cooked chicken for the browned ground beef. When serving 6 or more double this recipe.
