Mandarin Chicken Wraps
|2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts||1/3 Cup Green Onion, Chopped|
|Flour tortillas||1 Cup Chow Mein Noodles|
|1 Pkg Cream Cheese, softened||Red lettuce Leaves or Shredded Cabbage|
|1 Can Mandarin Oranges|
Season chicken with your favorite oriental seasoning or cumin. Brown chicken breasts in olive oil until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese over tortillas. Shred chicken, spread on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle oranges, onions, chow mein noodles and lettuce leaves over chicken. Wrap and serve.
