2 Cups Sugar | 2 1/2 Cups Quick Oats |
2/3 Cup Milk | 1 Cup Sweetened Coconut |
3/4 Cup Butter | 1/2 tsp Vanilla |
1 (3.4oz) box Instant Butterscotch Pudding |
In a medium saucepan cream together sugar, milk and butter. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add pudding mix, oatmeal, coconut and vanilla. Drop onto waxed paper and allow to cool completely.
Variations: be creative with the pudding flavors! Try banana, pistachio, coconut, or vanilla.
