No Bake Engergy Bites
|1 c. Dry Oatmeal||1/2 c. Chocolate Chips|
|2/3 c. Toasted Coconut Flakes||1/3 c. Honey or Maple Syrup|
|1/2 c. Peanut Butter||1 tsp. Vanilla Extract|
|1/2 c. Ground Flaxseed or Wheat Germ||1 Tbs. Chia Seeds, optional|
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughy mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for a half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls the size of your choice. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
