4 Pork Chops | 2 Tbsp Milk |
2 Tbsp Butter | 1/4 tsp Black Pepper |
1 Egg: beaten | 1 Cup Herb-seasoned stuffing mix, finley crushed |
1- Pour melted butter into a baking pan, tilting pan to coat the bottom. In a shallow dish combine egg, milk, and pepper. Place stuffing in another shallow dish. Dip chops into egg mixture. Coat both sids with stuffing mix. Bate uncovered at 425 for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
