Pretzel Salted Caramel Blondies
|2 sticks Unsalted Butter, melted||1 c. Whole Wheat Flour|
|1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar, packed||2 c. Broken Pretzels|
|2 lrg. Eggs||1/2 c. Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce, plus more for drizzling|
|4 tsp Vanilla Extract||2 tsp. Sea Salt, for sprinkling|
|1 c. All-Purpose Flour|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x12 baking dish with nonstick spray. In a mixer, whisk together butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Add flour, stirring just until incorporated. Add pretzels, and toss to combine.
Spread batter into baking dish, and drizzle with caramel sauce. Place into oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until fork comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
