Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding

2 Cups Cooked White Rice
1/8 tsp Salt
2 Cups Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Sugar
Nutmeg and Cinnamon

In a large saucepan, combine rice, milk, sugar and salt. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve warm; sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
