Salami Stuffed Focaccia

Loaf of Focaccia, split horizontally 1 Tbsp Capers, optional
4 oz Mascarpone Cheese (or Cream Cheese) Salami, thinly sliced
1 6oz Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped 1 Cup Arugula Leaves (or romaine lettuce)

Spread cheese on bread slices. Add artichoke hearts, capers, salami, and srugula. Cover with top of focaccia. Serve immediately or chill.
