Salami Stuffed Focaccia
|Loaf of Focaccia, split horizontally||1 Tbsp Capers, optional|
|4 oz Mascarpone Cheese (or Cream Cheese)||Salami, thinly sliced|
|1 6oz Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped||1 Cup Arugula Leaves (or romaine lettuce)|
Spread cheese on bread slices. Add artichoke hearts, capers, salami, and srugula. Cover with top of focaccia. Serve immediately or chill.
