1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast | 3 Green Onions, chopped |
1 (14.5oz) Can Diced Tomatoes | 1 tsp Garlic Powder |
1 (15oz) Can Black Beans | 1 tsp Onion Powder |
1 Cup Frozen Corn | 1 tsp Cumin |
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro | 1 tsp Chili Powder |
1 (14.4oz) Can Chicken Broth | Salt to taste |
Mix all ingredients, except chicken in a medium bowl until combined. Pour mixture in a slow cooker and top with salted chicken breasts. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove chicken, shred with a fork and return to crock pot, stir. Serve over cooked white rice or crunched tortilla chips.
