Saucy Boneless Ribs

(Serve with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Salad)

4 lbs Boneless Pork Ribs1 Cup Onion, chopped
2 Cups Ketchup2 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
1 Cup Brown Sugar2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ribs in a skillet and place in a baking dish. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake, covered, for 2 hours. Uncover and bake 1 hour longer.
