Saucy Boneless Ribs
(Serve with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Salad)
|4 lbs Boneless Pork Ribs||1 Cup Onion, chopped|
|2 Cups Ketchup||2 Tbsp Prepared Mustard|
|1 Cup Brown Sugar||2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ribs in a skillet and place in a baking dish. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake, covered, for 2 hours. Uncover and bake 1 hour longer.
