Sausage Egg Biscuit
|6 Eggs, beaten||Sausage Patty|
|1/3 Cup Milk||Biscuits|
|Salt and Pepper to taste||Sliced Cheese|
Coat a medium skillet with olive oil. Heat oil over medium heat. Meanwhile, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add to skillet, covering the bottom of the skillet evenly. As the egg cooks, use a spatula to lift up the cooked edges allowing the uncooked egg to run underneath. Continue cooking and folding until egg is fully cooked but not dry.
Place a piece of sausage, a spoon full of egg mixture and a slice of cheese on each biscuit.
