Scrambled Egg Toastada

6 Eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Milk
6 oz Chorizo (or other breakfast sausage)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

4 Tostadas
1/4 Cup Diced Green PepperSalsa and Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Diced OnionSalt and Pepper

Cook and sausage until crumbly, add pepper, onion and garlic.  Beat eggs and milk together. Cook eggs in a hot frying pan until set. Add cheese. Top tostada with eggs, salt and pepper, salsa and sour cream.
