Scrambled Egg Toastada
|6 Eggs, beaten||1 Tbsp Minced Garlic|
|1/4 cup Milk||6 oz Chorizo (or other breakfast sausage)|
|1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded|
|1/4 Cup Diced Green Pepper||Salsa and Sour Cream|
|1/4 Cup Diced Onion||Salt and Pepper|
Cook and sausage until crumbly, add pepper, onion and garlic. Beat eggs and milk together. Cook eggs in a hot frying pan until set. Add cheese. Top tostada with eggs, salt and pepper, salsa and sour cream.
