Shallon's 7 Layer Salad

1 Head Lettuce, shredded
2 tsp Sugar
1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
3 Stalks Celery, diced
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 Cans Water Chestnuts
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Sm Pkg Frozen Peas, thawed
 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, crumbled
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
 Bacon Bits

In a 9x13 baking pan layer the lettuce, onions, celery, water chestnuts and peas. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar, paremsan cheese, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Spread mayo mixture over peas. Cover and refrigerate 4 - 12 hours. Just before serving top with crumbled eggs and bacon bits.
