1 Head Lettuce, shredded | 2 tsp Sugar |
1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped | 1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese |
3 Stalks Celery, diced | 1 tsp Seasoned Salt |
2 Cans Water Chestnuts | 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder |
1 Sm Pkg Frozen Peas, thawed | 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, crumbled |
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise | Bacon Bits |
In a 9×13 baking pan layer the lettuce, onions, celery, water chestnuts and peas. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar, paremsan cheese, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Spread mayo mixture over peas. Cover and refrigerate 4 – 12 hours. Just before serving top with crumbled eggs and bacon bits.
