1 Large Red Onion | Shredded Short Ribs |
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar | 1/2 Cup Short Rib Broth (or canned beef broth) |
Sour Dough Bread | Blue Cheese Crumbles |
Dijon Mustard | Romaine Lettuce |
Saute onions until tender. Remove from heat and add vinegar. Combine shredded short ribs and broth until moist. Build sandwiches with mustard, short ribs, onions, blue cheese, lettuce and carmelized onions. Place sandwich in a panini grill or broil until toasted.
