Shrimp Creole


1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine1 Large Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, minced1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. SaltDash Pepper
1/8 tsp. Dried Rosemary1/8 tsp. Paprika
2 Cups cooked or canned Tomatoes1 lb. cooked, cleaned Shrimp (about 1 1/3 cups)
2 to 3 cups Hot Cooked Rice 

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, and saute 10 minutes or until tender. Add salt, pepper, paprika, tomatoes. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp; heat thoroughly. Serve on hot, fluffy rice
