Southwest Chicken Soup
|1 (12oz) Jar Salsa Verde||1 tsp Ground Cumin|
|3 Cups Chicken, cooked & shredded||2 Green onions (garnish)|
|1 (15oz) Jar White Kidney Beans||Sour Cream (garnish)|
|3 Cups Chicken Broth||Tortilla Chips (garnish)|
- Empty salsa into a large saucepan. Add chicken, beans, broth and cumin. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
(To freeze: cool and place in a ziptop bag)
To serve: heat and garnish with onions, sour cream and tortilla chips.
