Spaghetti Squash


1 Spaghetti SquashSeasoning of Choice (Pepper)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash spaghetti squash and place on a cutting board. With a large knife cut your squash in half long ways. Scoop out all of the seeds, and then coat the insides with olive oil and seasoning. Place squash face down on a cookie sheet and poke holes with a fork all over the squash. Bake for 40 minutes, or until squash is tender to stick a fork in. Remove squash and let cool for 15 minutes. Using a fork, gently scrap the squash to loosen the insides and form "noodles". Can serve plain, or topped with your favorite sauce and meat of choice! Enjoy!
