Sweet and Sour Chicken

(serve with Stir-fried Green Beans and white rice)


For Chicken:

1-2 lbs Boneless Chicken BreastsCorn Starch
2 Eggs, beaten Garlic Salt

Season chicken with garlic salt, dip in beaten eggs, roll in corn starch, fry in oil until browned.

For Sauce:

3/4 Cup Sugar4 Tbsp Ketchup
1/2 Cup Japanese Vinegar1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 tsp Salt1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Mix all ingredients for sauce, pour over chicken, and bake at 350 for 30 min.
