Sweet and tangy meatballs
|2 lbs Ground Beef||2 tsp Salt|
|1/2 Cup Cracker Crumbs ||1/4 tsp Pepper|
|2 Eggs Beaten||1 Onion, 1/2 diced - 1/2 thinly sliced|
Mix all ingredients (except sliced onions) and form into quarter sized balls. Put into casserole dish with a layer of meatballs then a layer of onions; repeat until all meatballs and onions are used.
|3-4tbl Worcestershire sauce||2cups ketchup|
|3tbl vinegar||1cup water|
|1/4c white sugar|
Mix well with whisk, pour over meatball layers. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more or until done.
