Sweet and tangy meatballs


Meatballs:

2 lbs Ground Beef2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Cracker Crumbs
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Eggs Beaten1 Onion, 1/2 diced - 1/2 thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients (except sliced onions) and form into quarter sized balls. Put into casserole dish with a layer of meatballs then a layer of onions; repeat until all meatballs and onions are used.

Sauce:

3-4tbl Worcestershire sauce2cups ketchup
3tbl vinegar1cup water
1/4c white sugar

Mix well with whisk, pour over meatball layers. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more or until done.
