Tuna Casserole

1 (10 1/2 oz) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cans Tuna Fish, drained
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cups Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
1 Cup Frozen Peas
Crushed Ritz Crackers (or bread crumbs)

Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients except crackers in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, mix well. Bake for 20 minutes, stir well. Sprinkle with crushed cracker crumbs and bake again for an additional 5 minutes. You may also drizzle the crackers with melted butter before returning to the oven.


*You may substitute canned chicken for Tuna.
