(serve with sliced cantaloupe)
1 lb Ground Beef, browned | 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt |
1/3 Cup Onion, chopped | 1/4 tsp Salt |
8 oz Can Tomato Sauce | 8 oz Tube Refrigerated crescent rolls |
4 oz Can Mushrooms | 1 Egg, beaten |
Pint Jar Green Beans | 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
Brown beef with onion in a large skillet. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, green beans, and salts. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare crust. Separate crescent rolls into triangles; arrange in an ungreased pie plate to cover the bottom and sides making a crust. In a small bowl combine egg and one cup of cheese; spread in the bottom of the crust. Spoon meat mixture into crust and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is brown.
