|1 each Green and Red Bell Pepper, sliced||1/2 tsp Cumin|
|1 Sm Red Onion, sliced||2 Tbsp Cilantro|
|2 tsp Olive Oil||1/3 Cup Cream Cheese|
|1/2 tsp Chili Powder||Tortillas|
Season peppers and onion with chili powder and cumin. Saute in oil until tender. Fill each tortilla with cream cheese, peppers and a sprinkle of cilantro, fold in half. Place stuffed tortilla on a hot griddle (or frying pan) and cook until warm, flipping once. Serve with Salsa.
