Velvet Banana Bread
|5-6 large ripe Bananas||4 c. Sifted Flour|
|4 Eggs, Well beaten||2 tsp. Soda|
|1 c. Shortening||1 tsp. Salt|
|2 c. Sugar||1 c. Walnuts|
Beat Bananas until liquid, combine with eggs and set aside. Cream, shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add banana mixture and blend. Add sifted dry ingredients, fold in nuts. Pour into 3 greased 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
