2 Chicken Breasts, still frozen | 3 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix |
1 Can Diced Tomatoes | 1 Tbsp Cumin |
1 Can Corn Kernels, undrained | 1 tsp Chili Powder & Onion Powder |
1 Can Black Beans, drained | 1 Pkg Cream Cheese |
1/4 Cup Diced Onions |
Place chicken in a crock pot. Top with tomatoes, corn, beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powders, stir to combine then top with the cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring one or twice to blend in the cheese. Shred the chicken and serve over rice.
