1 Pizza Crust | 1/4 Cup Butter, sliced |
1 Quart (or lg can) Pie Filling | 1 Tbsp Cinnamon |
1/2 Cup Quick Oats | 1 Cup Powdered Sugar (Glaze) |
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar | 2 Tbsp Milk (Glaze) |
1/2 Cup Flour | 1 tsp Vanilla (Glaze) |
Preheat oven to 350.
Roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Open pie filling, slide a sharp knife back and forth inside the bottle to dice up the fruit. Spread filling over pie crust.
In a medium bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender or two knifes cut butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling.
Bake pizza for 25 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare glaze by combining powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle glaze over pizza.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
