1 lb Pork Roast, cut into 1/2 inch strips | 1 Onion, chopped |
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced | 4 Carrots, sliced |
1/2 lb Fresh Mushrooms | 1 Can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce |
1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 tsp Salt |
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce |
In a large skillet, brown pork over medium heat. Combine pork and remaining ingredients in a large ziptop bag, freeze.
To serve: thaw contents of bag and placeĀ in a slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve over hot rice.
