1 lb Elbow Macaroni | 1 Cup Celery, diced |
1 Cup Mayonnaise | 1 Cup Red Pepper, diced |
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar | 1 Cup Cucumber, diced |
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Cup Green Onions, diced |
1 Tbsp Sugar | 1/2 Cup Red Onion, diced |
Salt and Pepper to Taste | 1/4 Cup Dill Relish |
1- Cook pasta according to package directions
2- Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to make dressing.
3- Combine diced vegetables, relish and pasta. Add dressing and toss to coat.
